You may be introduced to licensed real estate agents, brokers, or vendors. ListWizer does not supervise, control, or guarantee the services of these independent professionals and is not responsible for their actions.

Referral Fees

ListWizer may receive a referral fee from the independent licensed broker or realtor that represents you in your sale or purchase. Referral fees are typically a percentage of the agent’s earned commission and are paid at the close of escrow. This arrangement does not increase or affect the cost to you as the consumer.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through ListWizer tracked phone numbers may be recorded for quality assurance.

Marketing, Visuals & Savings Claims

Any “savings” examples shown on our Website are based on internal analysis of commission models. Actual savings may vary depending on listing price, negotiations, and individual circumstances.
Past sales, graphics, and property images displayed on the Website are for informational and design purposes only. They may not represent actual ListWizer transactions and should not be relied upon as current or accurate data.
All marketing content is intended to illustrate the difference between discount brokerage models and traditional models. Consumers should independently verify all property information, market data, and financial assumptions before making any decisions.

We are not responsible for third-party sites or advertisements linked on our Website.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, CA.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.

ListWizer shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability will not exceed $10.

Termination
