How do you select your agents?

Can I choose my agent?

Absolutely. Once we match you with a qualified local agent, you can meet with them to see if it’s a good fit. If you’d like to meet another agent before making a decision, just let us know. We’ll connect you with another top-performing agent until you find the perfect match. There’s never any obligation.

How does ListWizer protect my privacy?

We take your privacy seriously and never sell or share your personal information with unapproved third parties. Unlike other platforms that share your details with multiple agents at once, ListWizer connects you with only one trusted local agent at a time—someone handpicked to fit your goals, location, and timeline.

Where does ListWizer operate?

Do I pay a buyer’s agent commission too?

Yes. The 1% fee covers your listing agent. The buyer’s agent commission (usually 2–2.5%) is separate and negotiable, just like in any traditional sale.

How does ListWizer make money?

ListWizer is a referral-based platform. Agents only pay us a small referral fee after closing, not upfront. Our success depends on yours.

Is there a minimum fee to list with ListWizer?

Yes. It’s a straight 1% listing fee with full service for most homes. For properties priced at $250,000 or less, a flat minimum fee of $2,500 applies.

What happens after I’m matched with an agent?

Once you’re matched, your agent will reach out to schedule a quick call or meeting to review your goals, timeline, and property details. From there, they’ll provide a pricing analysis, walk you through the process, and outline what to expect next. Our team stays in touch with you throughout the process to make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

What if my home doesn’t sell?

Your agent will help you re-evaluate pricing, marketing, or timing. There’s never pressure to relist, and there are no fees if your property doesn’t sell.
